For all prospective clients, we offer a free 15 minute phone or Zoom call to confirm we will be a good fit and to answer any questions you may have.
Insurance
Heidi and Kytana are in-network with Cigna and United Health Care; however, coverage will depend on your specific plan. It will be your responsibility to contact the insurance company to confirm what your cost per session will be. Zoe is allowed to bill Cigna through Heidi's licensure. Miranda is in-network with United and pending credentialing with Cigna. If we do not take your insurance, you may be able to utilize your out-of-network benefits to subsidize costs.
Out-of-Network Benefits/Superbilling
Depending on your insurance, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. You can call your insurance company to see if this is an option by asking what they will reimburse for a code of 90791 (intake) or 90837 (individual sessions). A Superbill will be provided to assist with this process.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions must be cancelled with at least 24-hours notice. A cancellation fee will apply without proper notice. This is reviewed at the intake session.
Initial Intake Session (Self-Pay)
All new clients must complete a 60 minute intake session at a rate of $210.
Individual Sessions (Self-Pay)
Individual sessions are 55 minutes at a rate of $180/session.
The frequency is determined collaboratively during intake session.
