Anna (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counseling in Maryland and Wisconsin. She has a special interest in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals through the emotional challenges of trying to conceive, infertility, miscarriage/infant loss, pregnancy, birth and beyond. She understands that this season of life can bring joy alongside anxiety, grief, frustration, identity shifts, and overwhelming expectations. She also enjoys working with first responders, as she has worked alongside Law Enforcement and EMS recognizing the unique demands, stress, and trauma that often accompany careers in public safety and emergency services. Anna's style is warm, supportive, and collaborative, but direct when needed, gently challenging unhelpful patterns and encouraging you to move toward the life you want.
